General Atlas Oceans is a coastal lifestyle brand based in the United States. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Products All Atlas Oceans products are made to order. Product colors may vary slightly from screen to screen due to monitor settings. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time. All product images are print-on-demand mockups accurately representing the physical printed item. All graphic elements visible in product images are part of the garment's or accessory's printed design.
Pricing All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at the incorrect price and notify you promptly.
Orders & Payment By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Intellectual Property All content on this site — including graphics, logos, product designs, and copy — is the property of Atlas Oceans and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
Limitation of Liability Atlas Oceans is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

B2B & Wholesale Invoicing
Tax invoices including our Employer Identification Number (EIN) are available upon request for wholesale and B2B orders. To request a tax invoice, contact us at social@atlasoceans.com with your order number and business name. We respond within 1–2 business days.
Atlas Oceans does not automatically issue tax invoices at checkout. Invoice requests must be submitted within 30 days of the order date. Invoices are issued in USD and reflect the total amount charged at the time of purchase.
