Shipping Policy

Processing Time All Atlas Oceans products are made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships. You'll receive a tracking notification once your order is on its way. 

Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship to all 50 states including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. Standard shipping typically arrives within 5–10 business days after fulfillment. Expedited options may be available at checkout.

International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees assessed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.

Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after the shipping confirmation is sent.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us at social@atlasoceans.com with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Atlas Oceans is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
